Interior of the Villa

The materials used for the interior (lime plaster, oak parquet, chestnut doors, travertine, and wrought iron) give the Villa a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The living room, bright and modern, includes sofas, a television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. It is connected to the dining room, which opens onto a terrace with a view of the pool and Lake Reginu. The equipped kitchen has a small table inside and opens onto a terrace with a view of the olive grove. An outdoor table allows for enjoying breakfast in the sun each morning. This Villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children, thanks to its five spacious and bright bedrooms.


Exterior of the Villa

The Villa offers several terraces and outdoor spaces to gather and enjoy the Corsican sun. The exterior provides a remarkable view of Lake Reginu and the surrounding landscapes. The private pool (5m x 10m) operates with an automated salt filtration system. Its depth goes up to 1.80 m. It is secured with an alarm, a gate, and barriers. The Villa is surrounded by a 2.5-hectare olive grove planted in the 17th century, with about sixty olive trees. A garden with citrus trees and plants is located in front of the living room.


Location

The village of Monticello has an equestrian center and a public swimming pool offering swimming lessons for children. A small grocery store in the center sells pastries, bread, and Corsican products. It can be reached on foot via a shaded path.
