Overview
Villa Art is an architect-designed villa located on the heights of Corbara (between the village of Corbara and L’Île-Rousse). With a floor area of 250 m², it can accommodate up to 10 people. It overlooks the sea and offers a wide view, stretching from the Revelata lighthouse to the L’Île-Rousse semaphore. The nearest beaches are just a 3-minute drive away.Villa Art consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an independent studio with 2 bedrooms, also equipped with bathrooms. The studio is connected to the house by a walkway or through the garden. The living areas are spacious and well-lit. A patio made of local stone, a large wooden terrace, and a terraced garden complete the ensemble. The pool (12 m x 4 m) appears to blend into the sea.

Bedroom 1
Located on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden and a sea view. It features a 160 cm double bed. An en-suite bathroom with a shower is attached. The toilet is separate. The room is equipped with air conditioning.

Located on an intermediate level, with a sea view. It features a 160 cm double bed convertible into two single beds. An en-suite bathroom with a shower is attached. The toilet is separate. The room is equipped with air conditioning.
Bedroom 3

Bedroom 5
Located on the ground floor in another building with independent access, it opens onto the garden and offers a sea view. It features a 160 cm double bed convertible into two single beds. An en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet is attached. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a minibar.
The first three bedrooms are in the main house. The last two are in the independent studio. They can be connected by a door (ideal for families with children) or remain separate.
Indoor Spaces
Villa Art is carefully decorated to provide comfort and style. The common areas include a large living room with a remarkable view, a TV area overlooking the rear patio, and an equipped kitchen open to the poolside terrace and the patio.
A laundry room (with a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and sink) is also available.
Outdoor Spaces
Thanks to its location, Villa Art offers stunning sunsets. The infinity pool (12 m x 4 m) appears to merge with the sea and is heated from June to September. A safety barrier can be installed upon request. Garden furniture allows for relaxation, and a large Weber barbecue is available for preparing meals. Outdoor toilets avoid the need to go inside after swimming. A shower has been installed near the pool.
Included Services
The rate includes a 3-hour mid-week cleaning for stays in July and August (available upon request and at an additional cost for the rest of the year).
For two-week stays, the household linens are changed, and cleaning is done after the first week.
